Four bad asses unite to save....themselves

So finally, they got the Character Bio's up for Shi No Numa...it was driving me crazy that there were so many misconceptions about the VO thats been released.

Check out the bio's here

You guys are going to have a lot of fun getting to know these guys, and hearing what they have to say about....well, everything :)

Which character do you think will be the most interesting to play?

im guna say...nikolai (sorry if i mispelled his name.)

the only reason being i love the russians in WaW, the russian campaign is superior to the american campaign and the russians are just awesome ;)

but i do love the way the doc says wunderwaffe dg-2..."the voondervaffeer dg-2"

Brian Tuey said...

lol :)

I think you're going to like them all...each of them is pretty interesting...and there's enough dialog to keep you entertained for quite a while.

I have a soft spot for Dempsey...but Richtofan is amusing, too.

paulorpauly said...

its confirmed nikolai really is my favorite haha...
you gotta love the good ol' fashioned russian stereotype :D

round 26 with 4 players ;) just saying :o

Brian Tuey said...

Not bad!

so are you liking it as much as you did Verruckt?

No one has made any cool discoveries yet. I hid 'em well this time ;)

oh trust me...mat(a.k.a telixion) has found literally all the easter eggs or so i think ;)...i wanna give him the credit because he spent so long looking for them haha.

the phone in the comm room for the song which is too quiet and you cant hear it when you shoot :(

activate all 3 radios in the starting hut for the background story.

i think its in the doctors quarters? there is a bookcase you can activate and it sounds like a zombie screaming at you?

the meteorite? i have yet to see this but many people have talked about it.

but yea overall this is the best map treyarch has released, i love the dogs and the fact you get max ammos after every dog round really decreases the stress factor and increases the fun factor.

Brian Tuey said...

Oh that's not all :) But that message one is cool (how did he find it so fast?!)

Has anyone deciphered it yet?

paulorpauly said...

well you know he may have found them all but keeping it a secret from everything else ;)
he really is awesome at finding those kind of things...hes like the michael scofield of video game easter eggs haha.

im pretty sure he has deciphered it, i remember him mentioning the giant and plans at veruckt failing?

(amusing phrase "i wish i could meet the chick who sings this jingle!" haha)

hey if thats not all of them maybe you could join us in game to show us the super hidden easter eggs =D

Just thought that we found a easter egg, I come here to read it has already been found.. :-( I found the phone in the Comm Room with some mates today, and got the Death Air trophy and some nice music.. :-) Got to activate those radios, sounds interesting.

Oh, and I like Nikolai and Richtofen. Dempsey is cool aswell, but I like Nikolai for being a alcoholic and Richtofen due his psychopathical things. :-)

Hey Brian Tuey! Ya I have really done ALOT of research for just about everything. Im going to do an official write up tonight on WeTheGamerz. I think you will be impressed about what I have found. I won't directly say what my research I'm posting tonight is on. But I will say Tongue us ka. I'm also going to post another thread going over all the easter eggs I have found.

You are awesome. I love that fact that you have things hidden in this. It makes it so much fun. One thing that bothers me though is that I can't really find anything in the Fishing Hut area. Well other than the Jap Nursery Rhymn being song.

Brian Tuey said...

lol...You even found that, eh? I hope you found it suitably creepy.

Post a link here to your research just so I can see if you found it all.

Man, I love these Easter Eggs, they add a little more to the map!

This is kind of long but these are the easter eggs I have found.. I might have forgot to mention a few. Also the link in the last post I did doesnt work. So just check WTG forums.

1-Transmission for Peter
---This can be activated by pressing X on the three radio's inside the first room.

2-Wrong Number
---There is a phone in the Doctors Quarters which when activated by X four times will play some cool stuff. An easter egg to this easter egg is that the number dialed is 5-1-1 Which is supposed to be 1-1-5

3-115
---This can be found behind the upstairs random box in the main building on a box. Many easter eggs in Shi No Numa reference this number and bring - to me at least - the idea that it is an alien that is directly connected to the meteor

4-Numbers
---Numbers like 17 and 20 can be found in the Shi No Numa map. They are in tally form. I will be doing more research with this later.

5-Just the beginning
---This is a radio you can find this inside the storage hut on a barrel below some hanging vines. To those of you familiar with your NZ knowledge. You should find this very recognizable from this video.

6-Laugh
---This can be found in the Doctors Quarters by activating the books in the middle of the bookshelf next to the perk machine.

7-Tunguska
---These words can be found written through the window of the hut you see on the left when you exit the main building through storage hut door.

8-Doctor
---There is a radio in the seperate room inside Doctors Quarters that can be activated with X

9-So close
---Chants can be heard while out in the swamp. Many I have come across as just noise. But two (male and female) sounds say "So close to the shield" More about this will be written in my Telixion Theory page

10-Ashes Ashes
---In the back room of the Fishing Hut you can hear Japanese kids singing a nursery rhymn.

Again thanks so much for all the work you do. I love it. Peoples reaction to this stuff is amazing. Everybody is really excited and very much into it! lol. About time people started paying more attention on the game than trying to find glitches! Do you think I could possible do an interview at some point about the facts so far in Nazi Zombies. (Which I think should appropriatley be renamed)

Brian Tuey said...

I am impressed Telexicon...however, that is not all. Here are some clues:

1. What is the nursery rhyme?

2. What is the relationship with 115 and the message? IE Do you know what 115 means?

3. What is the message in the doc's quarters? (This one is just for you)

4. Why the hell would there be a laugh in the doc's quarters? Who is laughing and why? (You should be able to figure this out easily, now that you know there is relevance).

5. What is the relevance of all this to our new characters?

You have a lot more to do!

And yeah I would do an interview...with the other writer of the series (Adam Gascoine--he's awesome and would be down with this. We've had a blast with this stuff.)

Oh yeah...Can you figure out where the secret message was recorded?

This is fun. Honestly, this is the kind of thing that I miss about games...thanks for actually caring about more than stats.

And that goes for all of you who find yourself here.

Hi Brian,

First of all, great work on the new Zombies map, it's by far the best of them all. Now down to this easter egg business... :)

The hanging man at the start has had some strange effects. I was in a game with my friends last night and we were throwing grenades at him, and then his rope extended and he fell to the floor. Then we walked over him and our screens went white and our game restarted back to the beginning. Really strange. Did we 'activate' him or something? :)

Oh man this is awesome. Its like 4 am and im just up researching all this stuff. This isnt all I have come up with for it. But 115 degrees north is the same for the Tunguska location and area 51 location. I really should go to bed. But there is so much more to do! High Frequency Active Auroral Reasearch Program. HAARP is kind of scary lol. But ... I don't know. lol. I have so many questions. There are so many elements. lol.

Brian Tuey said...

Hey Jordan,

Thanks for swinging by...keep looking around and see if you can figure anything out...or maybe look to Verruckt for your answer.

Or maybe, (off the record) there is more to come...

Telixion said...

Haha your killing me. The maps answer one question but ask three more. lol. I like that though. Well Im going to be putting all my random thoughts onto http://telixion.squarespace.com/
That way it wont flood your forums. and you can check up on them whenever you want. When i find out something awesome Ill fill you in.

Christian said...

Man, I'm really trying to keep track of these Easter Eggs. They're kinda creeping me out, but they're fun to find.

And now, there's MORE then what the people at wethegamerz found? Jeez!

Also, Mr. Tuey, I have a question off topic, when is the song "The One" going to be up? Everywhere I come across the trailer people are dying for that awesome song.

Anonymous said...

YEAH, The One needs to be released to our hearts and minds! <3

paulorpauly said...

btw LOVE the song, i found it in the files on pc...ill keep it to myself though ;)

Just some random thoughts about the big picture:

Telixion mentioned on his site that in "The One", they only speak of 3 people. Let's say these are Dempsey, Teako and Nikolai. Richtofen should be already be in the swamp.

Now the radio's in the first room. I can't hear this good, my English isn't that good so I can't hear it good with al the shooting. They talk about the relocating of the experiment (the zombies? the energy?) and about disease (the zombies (and the experiment?))

That said, they relocate the experiment from Germany (NdU and Verrückt) to Japan?

And there is the rock with electricity coming from it outside in the swamp of Shi No Numa. I'd say a meteor? The electricity can be one of the experiments;

Richtofer will say something like "The Wunderwaffe! My biggest invention!" when he gets the Wunderwaffe. It runs on electricity, which looks the same as what is coming from the meteor. That can prove that Richtofer was already in the swamp, and made the Wunderwaffe.

But wait.. A meteor? Let's think.. Verrückt! Verrückt? Jawohl! The numbers may have some importance after all? 193824069:21 = 1938 24 06 9:21 = 24th June 1938 at 9:21.

As Wikipedia says;
- A meteor crash at Chicora, Pennsylvania

Shi No Numa isn't quite Pennsylvania, but the meteor fits?

Just some speculations to explain everything. Maybe a bunch of nonsense and to far fetched. But, who knows?

When Mat "Telixion" came to me with his early finding in Shi No Numa we quickly began working on researching the crap out of the map! The nursery rhyme as soon as he told me I said we need to figure out what song that is. I haven't been on the last three days to check if the guys at We The Gamerz found out yet going to check now! Thanks for taking an interview with Telixion + We The Gamerz YOU ROCK!

I'm really loving the new Nazi Zombie map (and pondering why it is still called Nazi zombies when there are Japanese Zombies now).I was so surprised when I saw that the characters had names. I also love the comments the characters give, but my mom thought that "I'm running low on gun juice!" (or whatever it was) sounds stupid.
I can't wait till map pack 3 comes out around november (from what I've heard).

Just wondering if there is any relation to the "help" sign on the door on "Nach Der Untoten" and the one on the floor in the fishing hut. However you can only see the fishing hut one when looking directly on it while standing near it or on it. And if it is a "help" sign, why would it be on the floor? It seems like a bit of a stupid place to write help if you were in that much danger. :s

Finally got around to researching last week and figured out that Der Riese is a location to an underground Nazi facility in Poland!

Still researching other stuff regarding Der Riese to figure out more stuff about the location.

Well you've finally done it. You have embarassed me because I can NOT figure out the big picture. (to my friends I'm an answer man) Like Telixion said you answer one queston but then the answer asks three more questions! I really am trying to figure it all out on my own but I'm losing hope like the survivors. I've figured out the easter eggs mentioned before on my own and now I am seeking help. What I've figured out so far:

(I'm horible with names so forgive me on that)

Richtorfen created the Wunnderwaffe DG-2 and is run by element 115

DG stands for Die Glocke or the bell a missing piece of the secret german weponry experiments

The zombies are created by deisease caused by 115

Peter cannot be the hanging man due to the transmitions

Tunguska plays some role in the transmition

Area 51 also plays a role with the transmition

115 is what is probably in that box with 115 on it

Hangman is one of the only interactable peices of scenery/restarts game

The ray gun is not alien weponry (look at the side closely to get why)

The meterorites electricity has something to do with the dogs appearence

This is a little far fetched but after studying the Wunnderwaffes backround with the die glocke is that the americans tried to make there own version and it was tested one day and it teleported before the very eyes of the crews and went like 200 some miles south of philidelpihia and then back but some of the men went missing and one was found emmbeded in a brick wall!

^^^^Einstein will have something to do with the wunnderwaffe

The Die Glocke was linked with time travel

Shi No Numa was a millitary base in Japan

___________________________________

Okay now what I'd like to know

Why are there four different factions working together

why does dempsy like takeo but not nikolai seeing how russians are his ally and japan hs enemy

how long did the people in the transmitions hold out in Shi No Numa and what went wrong to where it was no longer under control

is nikolai from the tunguska incident dempsey the philidephia incident and richtorfen the bell project takeo the nuke bombings

does the quick revive tastng like fish have any meaning

if anyone can help me i would really love the advice

Thanks,
Kolton
